CONCORD DRIVE – Indie/Alternative Rock Band
Originally from North Wiltshire, you can trace the origins of Concord Drive back to Nathan, Matt and Jack, throughout their early to mid-teens. They formed various bands, but none of them stuck. Mid-2018 they came across Jacob, then a solo artist. The four of them formed what is now known as Concord Drive, and burst onto their local scene. A year later they were looking for a bass replacement and in July 2019 Martin joined the band. Since then, Concord Drive has released two singles and played in venues and festivals across South-West England; Concord Drive has big plans for the future.

STOP STOP formed in 2009 Barcelona, Spain, founded by front man and bassist Jacob A.M. The band has seen many short-term lineup changes. Danny Spasov (Drummer) and Vega (lead guitarist) joined, ‘The Band’ was finally complete. Frustrated with the Spanish music scene, STOP STOP packed a van brought with savings they had, then headed for the shores of the UK. “We left everything behind in Barcelona, bought a van with all our savings and dreams, put all our equipment in it and moved to the UK not looking back nor giving a damn about anything but rock and roll. We started playing in the streets where we got some money for food. No showers for weeks, slept in that tiny little goddamn cold van and hardly had the chance to communicate with our families but we carried on, we were living the adventure of our lives with one thing in mind, we rather die living the dream than a lifetime of regrets, two options were left for us: death or Rock & Roll! Soon after that, we made good friends all over the land that helped us so much and gave us everything they had. We spent months sleeping on everybody’s floors around the country, got fed and well looked after by our fans.” With ample amounts of blood, sweat and tears, ‘giving up was never an option. STOP STOP continued to push forward receiving exceptional response and praise. Playing up and down the country, the band were soon able to afford a house to rent and call home. With UK shows taking place every weekend, tours throughout Europe. Performing International festivals such as Rocklahoma (U.S.A) , The Ice Rock Festival (Switzerland), SleazeFest (Germany), HEAT Festival (Germany), The Godney Gathering (U.K.) and Hard Rock Hell (U.K.). In 2019 single ‘‘The Last Call’’ from the bands 4th album ‘Get Selfied‘ made it onto the turntables of National Radio Stations ‘Planet Rock’/’Kerrang’/’BBC Radio.’ With an ever growing fanbase, this crazy train is not about to STOP!

WEBB

K-based rock artist, Ryan Webb, brings a fresh sound to the rock world. Ryan performs his carefully written songs with strong powerful vocals, and outstanding guitar skills. His ability to play complicated riffs while singing is comparable to many top bands. He has been likened to various artists on several occasions:

“With what appears to be an endless supply of air in his lungs, Ryan can quite easily rival the likes of Matt Bellamy from Muse, or even the late and great Jeff Buckley.” Hughie Dixon, Uxbridge Gazette.

“Stop the World’ is an energetic track that could easily attract the ears of the Gallagher brothers, such is the structure and vocal style of smoothing the lyrics when sung. Oasis would never have chosen such a bold guitar riff however, and that picked melodic part carries the song and injects a positive feel to the whole package…’ Chris Stones, Down the Front Media

In 2015 Ryan released one track from his self-titled EP, Journey. Considered to be a classic rock track, it received substantial airplay from many stations, including Radio Caroline. The EP was mastered by Pete Maher (Rolling Stones, The Killers, Paul Weller etc) and contained a mix of pop rock/classic rock tracks.

Moving forward to 2017, Ryan wasn’t entirely happy with his sound and started working on a slightly heavier sound. He released his 9-track album, STOP THE WORLD! in 2018, in which apart from the lyrics (written by his wife, Sonya), drums (James Wise) and mastering (Pete Maher) everything else was done by Ryan in his London-based studio.

Then came 2019. Now based in Wiltshire, and still not happy with his sound as he felt it was too varied on the album, he started working on heavier material.

The single DON’T! was again written and produced by Ryan, with mastering by Dave Collins (Metallica – Hardwired to Self-Destruct) and with this one track, Ryan felt he had found the direction he wanted his music to go. The single was released in May 2020, along with a video. He’s now working on more tracks, all with a much heavier feel, and is ready to start gigging whenever bands and venues have been given the green light!

He will be releasing an EP during summer 2021, and work has begun on an album which will be released next year.

Ryan changed the band name to WEBB in April 2021 and this marks the start of an exciting new direction.

At first glance, you would be forgiven for thinking that these guys and their fans are foul mouth yobs out to cause trouble (foul mouth may be right when it comes to the lyrics of course)… but this is exactly the type of generalization that gives certain genres an unfair and misunderstood reputation. In fairness its hard and brutal music with even more brutal moves on the floor but this does not mean that it follows through in general. These guys are awesome at what they do and if you are into your pure Punk… check them out!
